Will my crew actually use it?

The clock-in process takes about 10 seconds on their phone. Tap to clock in at the geofenced location, tap to clock out. It runs in the phone browser, so there is no app download and no training overhead.

What does the quoting calculator actually do?

It calculates your cost per job before you send the proposal, factoring in labor, square footage, cleaning frequency, and supplies. You see the margin on every proposal before it goes out the door.

Do my clients need to download anything?

No. The client dashboard is browser-based. You send them a link, they log in, and they see inspection reports, schedules, and messages. No app required.

What does it cost after the trial?

Plans start at $99/month for up to 5 team members, $199/month for up to 20, and $249/month for up to 50. Pricing is per plan, not per user. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

What if I am a very small operation?

The Starter plan at $99/month was built for exactly that. Solo operators and small crews get scheduling, GPS check-ins, quality checklists, and a professional client dashboard for up to 5 team members.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your client information, crew data, and job history are yours. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for anything beyond running your account.

Get Your Team on Mobile

The native CleanTrack360 app for iOS and Android is still in development. In the meantime your whole team works from the browser on their phone: send them the same link they use on desktop, and they can add it to their home screen for one-tap access. Everything below works today in the mobile browser.

Sign In with Email & Password

Team members (Cleaners, Supervisors, Managers) sign in using their registered email address and the password they configured when accepting their invitation.

Pro tip: There is no direct passwordless login. A secure email and password are required to establish your initial session.

Using Your Security PIN

Once logged in, team members can define a 4-digit Security PIN in their Profile settings under the Security tab. This PIN is used directly in the app to unlock confidential location access details, alarm codes, or keybox instructions when arriving on-site.

Using a dedicated PIN ensures sensitive client information is kept secure even if a mobile device is shared.

Mobile Features

On mobile, team members can: view their schedules, clock in/out with GPS verification, complete checklists & inspections, submit supply requests, access training materials, and communicate through messaging.
