Accessing CleanTrack360 on Mobile

Download the Mobile App

The CleanTrack360 mobile app is available for both iOS and Android. Search for "CleanTrack360" in the App Store or Google Play.

Sign In with Email & Password

Team members (Cleaners, Supervisors, Managers) sign in using their registered email address and the password they configured when accepting their invitation.

Pro tip: There is no direct passwordless login. A secure email and password are required to establish your initial session.

Using Your Security PIN

Once logged in, team members can define a 4-digit Security PIN in their Profile settings under the Security tab. This PIN is used directly in the app to unlock confidential location access details, alarm codes, or keybox instructions when arriving on-site.

Using a dedicated PIN ensures sensitive client information is kept secure even if a mobile device is shared.

Mobile Features

On mobile, team members can: view their schedules, clock in/out with GPS verification, complete checklists & inspections, submit supply requests, access training materials, and communicate through messaging.

Admins and Managers can also use the web app on mobile browsers for full management access.
